THE DYKES BURST AGAIN. By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright Amsterdam, Feb. 17. A storm is imperilling fresh districts in Holland. The waters are rushing in at Monikendam. and the inhabitants are re-evacuating Colendam. The railway dyke between Purmenend and Ottstzaam ha s been destroyed, threatening a fresh catastrophe. Large forces of troops are attempting to stem the floods. A.rupture of the dykes at Salsmeor, near Amsterdam, appears to be inevitable and would involve several holders.
