In an explanatory statement he compares the financial situations at the end of 1914 and 1915, and mentions that, thank* to the success of the war loan •nd the readiness of the country to deposit a large part of its savings, Treasury advances to the account of the Bank of Prance only increased by 1175 millions. Otber.figures given show that the country's financial reserves are far from being exhausted.
