The costume cricket match has induced several of our "has beens" to again "don the colors" and do their little bit for the Carnival. Saturday night the fun will be fast and furious. Special musical programmes are promised when all the favorite items will be repeated. The ground will be brilliantly illuminated on this (and every) evening with electricarc lamps, and it is intended to wind up the Carnival with a big fancy costume "al fresco" ball, at which all the stall holders and assistants are requested to appear in costume and conclude with the Battle of the Confetti.
