THE SUEZ CANAL. ATTACK REPORTED ABANDONED. LONDON, Feb. 11. Zurich advices from Turkish sources state that at General von dcr Goltz's instance the Suez Canal expediton has been abandoned, and the troops are going to the Balkans. MASSACRE OF ARMENIANS. LONDON, Feb. 12. Geneva newspapers state that massacres of the few remaining Armenians have recommenced. Men and boys are shot and the younger women and girls sold in open market. ATTITUDE OF ROUMANIA. Amsterdam, Feb. 11. Carp, a Germanophlle lately at Berlin, lias issued a manifesto urging Roumania to declare war on Russia, who is Roumania's mortal enemy. He adds: ,; \Ye need and must have Odessa."
