TENDERS are invited for the purchase of about 750 SADDLES, part worn, and more or less complete with reins, .bridles, girths, stirrups, etc., which have been returned from Egypt to New Zealand. These saddles formed part of the equipment taken away by the Main Body of the Expeditionary Forces, and they are principally ordinary Colonial pattern riding saddles of varied [shapes and qualities. The saddles may be inspected at Defence Stores, Wellington, as, owing .to their numerous patterns, it is impossible to distribute samples for guidance of intending purchasers.
