FORECAST. By Telegraph,—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is Mr. Bates' weather forecast: —Present indications are for variable breezes, south-easterlies predominating, weather changeable. Expect mild and fair to cloudy conditions generally, with scattered showers. Barometer has rising tendency in South, but is likely to fall, especially in the North, after from 24 to 36' hours.
