A Sydney cable says that Trooper Dunn, who recovered his speech, is ft son of the late Re\. T. H. Dunn, formerly of Auckland. Dr. R. H. Makgili one of the district health officers at Auckland, who went to England for war service last year. has been stationed at Alexandria tor some months as chief sanitary officer for the district. He has been attached *° military camps at Saharia and !.!*• •moura, and his duties have involved ■journeys as far from (he base as the country in which tike New Zealand*** ■were engaged with ;the Senussi. The Minister for Defence states that Dr. Makjjlll has been recalled to ihe «<rViC{ of the Health Department.
