WEST AFRICAN CAMPAIGN. Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, Feb. 7. The War Office says that General Dobell reports that 5S more deserters from the remnant of the German forces surrendered to the French in January and more are expected. A strong French column is moving south to the Spanish frontier of Guinea. One has already left the bank of the Ntom River. The Carapo column has reached Ngow, sixty miles from the coast.
