To the Racecourse. —Devon Street and Gover Street. From the Racecourse —Gover Street to intersection of Pendarves Street, hence along Pendarves Street and Liardet Street to Devon Street. Vehicles turning to return to the Racecourse must either turn in a side street or at the intersection of Devon Street and Egmont Street. Persons driving at excessive speed will be prosecuted.
