A terrific, explosion occurred in an arsenal at Skodra, where three workshops that were engaged in manufacturing 12-inch hydraulic guns were blown into the air. One hundred and ninety-five employees perished. COAST TOWNS BOMBARDED AN AUSTRIAN REPORT Amsterdam, February -i. An Austrian communique pays that a squadron of Austrian cruisers bombarded Ortona and San Vito, damaging the railway stations and storehouses, and destroyed the railway bridge north of Ortona across the Ariello.'
