(COUNTY OF TAKANAEJ. 1 I N Pursuance and exercise of tlio powers conferred en it by section 10 "Road Boards Act, 1908," and section 31 "Counties Amendment Act," 1913, the Council of the County of Taranaki resolves by way of Special Order that the portion of the Moa Road District as described in the schedule hereunder be annexed to the adjoining outlying district of the Mangore'c Hiding of the County of 'i'aranaki, and Cease to form part of the Moa Road Di&trict as from tho dato of coming into force of this Special Order, namely 31st March, 1917. SCHEDULE. All that area in the Provincial Disiiict cf I'aranaki bounded as follsws:— Committing from y, point tlifc summit of Mo-.iiit lignum t; thence buumini generally towards the north- \vesi by r. right ! : hb to the source of tho M'aiwakaiho Stream; thence by a lino along the middle of the Waiwakaiho Streem to a point where the Waiwakaiho Stream is intercepted by the Junction Koad; thence along the northern boundary of the said Junction Road to the Waiongona Stream; thence generally towards the south-west by the east side of the Waiangona Stream to the Bed* ford Koad; thtisce by the north kids of tht Badiofd Soad to & point in li&t with thft north'WMt bott«d»fy of S«* tldtt J, Blsek Sj Efifvuevit Siivvoy Dig. tricfci thence by a right line across the Bedford Road and the north-west and part of the 'south-wdst boundaries of the said Section 1 to the northern corner of Section 14, Block 7, Egmont Survey District; thence by the north-west boundaries of Sections 14, 15, 16, 18, 19 'and 20, Block 7, Egmont Survey District, to the Cambridge Road; thence by the northern side of the Cambridge Road to a point in line with the north-west boundary of Section 1, Block 11, Egmont Survey District; tlience by a right lino across the Cambridge Road and the north-west boundary of the said Section 1; thence to the south-west corner to same Section 1; thence by a. right lino to the 3ummit of Mount Egmont, the commencing point. The foregoing resolution intended to operate as a Special Order will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of tho Council at 11 a.m. on MOKDAY, the 7th February, 191 G.
