A meeting of the Labor Council attempted to debate a motion endorsing tho action of the Broken Hill strikers. Speakers were interrupted and booted and the meeting was adjourned in disorder. The Liquor Trades Union and the Amalgamated Railway and Tramway Associations voted funds to assist the Broken Hill strikers.
