BELGIAN OUTRAGES. Paris, Feb. I, The Pope has declined the request of the Belgian Prelates to inquire into German atrocities. ' FIGHTING IN ALSACE. Wellington, Feb. 3. The High Commissioner reports afi follows, under date London, February 2, 11.50 a.m..—Tn Alsace the French batteries exploded a munitions depot south-east of Bonhomme, in the region of Sondernacb. In South Munster the Germans captured a listening post, from which they were driven by a counter-attack.
