FORECAST. By Telegraph.-, Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. Present indications arc for strong northerly and westerly winds. Dull and misty weather is probable generally, with rain in the West Coast and southernmost districts, and following elsewhere shortly. Electrical disturbances may be expected in many parts of the country. The barometer' is unsteadv, with a further falling tendency.
