AT ER2EROUM. TURKS HEMMED W. Petrograd, Feb. 1. The Turkish troops in the Erzcroum region are restricted to a narrow space and are unable to pass the forts, owing to the Russian successes. The Turkish forces at Erzeruum and Mclasgcrd are cut off from the rest ot the army. Athens, Feb. 1. The Turkish first army corps, which has its huso at Constantinople, will reinforce Erzeroum instead qf JfcsopoWunift.
