ECONOMIC PROBLEMS TO BE DISCUSSED. I Rome. Jan. SO. The Tribune says that Baron Mayor, formerly Ambassador at Constantinople, is going to London to discuss grave and urgent economic questions necessitating an Anglo-Italian agreement. FRANCE AND ITALY CONSULT. London, Jan. 30. Official: MM. Bourgeoise and Thomas, Generals Pell and Joffre, the Chief of Staff, and also a representative of the Foreign Ministry, will visit Italy in the middle of February for consultative purposes.
