An Oamaru telegram say 6 that a large and representative meeting was hold on Friday to resueitato the Chamber of Commerce. It was unanimously decided to re-form, and officers were elected. During the course of a speech, Mr. W. H. Eosc, the chairman, stated that 22.9J0 acres in wheat and 17,474 in oatg (an increase of fi'2S" acres over last year) had been planted in the Waitaki comity this year, in response to the appeal to grow more wheat. The. serious drought had counteracted the district's efforts to supply more FOR THE COMPLEXION.
