PETROLEUM.
THE LNGLEWOOD COMPANY,. The annual meeting of the InglewooA Oil Boring and Prospecting Company was held at New Plymouth last night. Mr. Thos. Furlong, Jr. (chairman of directors), presiding. The annual report and balance-sheet, which hive already been published, were adopted. Messrs. Thos. Furlong, Jr., A. D. Grey, (Auckland), and T. H. C. Nicholls (Ingle, wood), woro re-elected directors. Mr. Htigh Baily was re-elected auditor. A vote of thanks was passed to Mes?r»; T. H. C. Nicholls and D. Watson for their services during the past year.
