THE VISIT TO LONDON.
MERELY POSTPONED N T O DIFFICULTIES TN ADMINISTRATION. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Wellington, Last Night. I "The proposed visit of the Finance \Minister and myself to Britain is only /postponed for a more suitable opportunity," said Mr. Masscy to-night. "There ia no particular difficulty with regard to the Administration. It is not intended to hold anything in the nature of an Imperial Conference at present, but the Imperial Government has expressed its willingness to confer with the representatives of the Dominion on matters immediately connected with the war. The different Governments, Imperial and Dominion, are keeping in touch on all the more important questions at issue, but an soon as we can see our way clear Sir Joseph Ward and myself will definitely accept the invitation and pay our promised visit to London."
