ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A DRIVER'S DEATH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Yesterday. Edward Neal, a married man, aged 32 years, was killed in the Khybcr Pass road this morning. Ho was driving an ice van, drawn by itwo horses, which swerved in front of a tram going; down the hill, while another car was approaching from the opposite direction. Botli cars pulled up, and both horses were lying between the rails. Xeal was thrown clear of the tram line, but sustained injuries from which he died in the hospital, two hours later..
