iN THE CAMEROONS. ALT.TF.Tt TROOPS ADVANCING. Received Jan. 23, H.i> p.m. London, Jan. 22. The Pro>s Bureau states that a British column from Jninde, in the Canieroons, has advanced to E'bolowa. The Germain have evacuated F.bolowa and Akonolinga. The German Governor and commander escaped to 'Spanish territory at Muni. Fighting is reported from further south, where two small French columns arc trying- to prevent the escape of the Germans.into Muni. TRUCULENT REBELS. Pretoria, January 21. The Provincial Congress of the South African Party discussed the truculent attitude of released rebels and sympathisers. General Botha admitted that the situation in some districts was grave and threatened stern measures. "
