ABOUT TO BE PROCLAIMED. Received Jan. 18, 11.35 p.m. Athens; Jan. 19. The newspaper Kosmos states that the Government is about to proclaim martial law. _ ~_, , TURKISH REPRISALS. FOR ARREST OF CONSULS. Salonika, Jan. 17. Advices from Constantinople state that owing to the refusing to 'liberate the consuls, the Porte will intern in Asia Minor all British, French, Russians and Italians living in Turkey. The British guns brought down a German aeroplane which was flying over the Allies', lines. Both airmen were killed.
