THE KAISER'S HEALTH. A HARMLESS BOIL. Times and Sydney Sun Service?. London, Jan. 16. A German wireless message quotes the 'Berliner Tageblatt as saying that the Kaiser is merely suffering from a harmless boil, which will not prevent him walking out. Seuter's Rome correspondent states that it is believed in ecclesiastical circles that the Kaiser's operation of the 13th successful, but a week must elapse before he will be out of danger as complications are possible. Herr von Bethmann Holhveg has sent a wireless message to America, i» reply to a press inquiry as to his health, that the Kaiser receives guests and gives audiences to his Ministers and oflicers, that he takes daily walks in the palace gardens, weather permitting.
