JN Pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 10 "Road Boards Act, 100 S." and section 34 "Counties Amendment Act," 1913, the Council of the County of Taranaki resolves by way of Special Order that (ho portion of the Moa Road District as described in the schedule hereunder be annexed to the adjoining outlying district of the Mangorei Riding of the County of Taranaki, and cease to form part of the Moa .Road District as from the date of coming into force of this Special Order, namely 31st March, 1917.

SCHEDULE. All that afca in the Provincial Disii'ict cf 'larunaki bounded .is follows:Commencing from a point the summit of Mount Kgmont; thence bounded generally towards the north, ivosi by a ri;jht I'iie to the source of the Wuhvakaiho Slieam; thenco by a line nlong the middle of the Waiwakaiho Stream to a point where the Waiwakaiho Stream is intercepted by the Junction Road; thence along the northern boundary of the said Junction Road to the Waiongona Stream; thence generally towards tho south-west by the east side of the Waiangona Stream to the Bedford Road; thence by .the north side of the Bedford Road to a point in line with the north-west boundary of Section 1; Block 8, Kgmont Survey District; thence by a right line across the Bedford Road and the north-west and part of the south-west boundaries of the said Section 1 to the northern corner of Section 14, Block 7, Egmont Survey District; thence by the north-west boundaries of Sections 14, 15, 10, IS, 10 and 20, Block 7, Egmont Survey District, to the Cambridge Road; thence by the northern side of the Cambridge Road to a point iu line with the north-west boundary of Section 1, Block 11, Egmont Survey District; thence by a right lino across the Cambridge Road and the north-west boundary of the said Section 1; thence to the south-west corner to same Section 1; thence by a light line to the summit of Mount Egniont, the commencing point. The foregoing resolution intended to operate as a Special Order will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council at 11 a.m. on MONDAY, the 7th February, 1916.
