RECORD SHIPMENT FROM NEW PLYMOUTH. APPROXIMATE VALUE £78,493. EXTORTS TO DATE WORTH £780,779. The ninth shipment of butter and cheese for the season from New Plymouth will be made on Thursday, when the Corinna will take 8000 crates of cheese and 10,998 boxes of butter for transhipment to the Limerick. This will be the most valuaole shipment sent from New Plymouth this season. The cheese should realise £40,000 on the Home market, and the butter £35,493, a total of £78,493. Tins exceeds by £7Ol the approximate value of the shipment taken iby the Orari, which up to the present carried the most valuable shipment from New Plymouth. Tiie .total exports from Taranaki up to the present arc approximately valued at £788,779 10s. From New Plymouth 81,237 boxes of 'butter and 39,907 crates of cheese, valued at "£473,134 10s, have been exported, while Patea has despatched 71,274 boxes of butter and 65,340 crates of cheese, valued at £313,043.
