Aii Alsatian parson lias been expelled from Thionville by the Germans. When lie was asked the reason of his arrest he was told that it was noticed that he nerer expressed a word of gratitude in his sermons for the German victories. He replied that he stood in the pulpit to proclaim the Gospel, and not Germany's victories, and for these unpatriotic words he was exiled from his native town.
