HOW TO GET UP IN THE MORNING.

A woman doctor says there is a way of getting up in the morning that is a good way for a woman. Do not spring out of bed suddenly, she urges, but yawn as much as you will, stretch slowly, and turn over and over.

Then rise, and finish the waking proses* with a lew rhythmic movements. Begin by stretching the anus above the head, singly or together, then towards the back, front, and sides; bend the elbows, throw the shoulders back, rotate the upper part of the body, with the feet planted firmly on the floor. Two minutes for this is long enough. Follow the exercises with a cold spray and then a. salt rub. Or else have a warm bath, and scrub the entire body with a bath brush and soap. Always rest a little after a warm bath. "During the day," continues the woman doctor, "let your movements be with precision; do not hurry; work composedly, without worry or frown. Let any labour you undertake be made a labour of love. "Have a restful dose after luncheon, or before dinner, for half an hour, in a room well darkened and ventilated; and this after you have rubbed your face over with a soothing cream, and removed it again with a soft handkerchief."
