KAISER'S ILLNESS. OPERATIOX PERFORMED. London, Jan. 4. The Daily News says that despatches from neutral sources in Germany received in Rome state that the Kaiser, besides suffering from malignant carbuncles, has sustained a rupture arising from blood disorder, together with a recrudescence pf tliroat trouble.
Despatches to Paris by way' of Switzerland state that operations, of a nature not specified, were performed on Wednesday. The throat trouble is said to have extended to the lips, and it is even asserted that it has been found necessary to provide the Kaiser with a silver palate.
