LOAN OF £55,000 AT 5 PER CENT. fjltiE Bank of New Zealand invites tenders for the purchase of the debentures of the above Loan; 5 per cent, of the purchase money to be lodged •with the tender, the balance to be payable on or before January 31, 1916. The Loan is repayable at par on April 1, 1933. It is for the purposes of Tramway construction in the New Plymouth ißorough on the Electric Overhead Trolley system. The Loan is secured by a charge upon the Tramway undertaking, and also by a special rate of lOd in the £ on the annual rateable value of properties in the New Plymouth Borough. Prospectuses can be obtained by application to any Branch of the Bank of New Zealand, which will receive tenders and give receipts for deposit moneys. Tenders must be at or above par.
