Berlin, December 31. An official Austrian report alleges that the French submarine Monge was sunk on Wednesday by an Austrian flotilla. Constantinople, December 31. A Turkish official report announces that two enemy vessels bombarded our central positions on December 28. A French battleship bombarded the Anatolian coast, but was hit by Turkish shells, and withdrew amidst smoke and names. Turkish seaplanes bombarded the Sedd-el-Bahr camp, causing a fire.

THRILLING AEROPLANE COMBATS. The following has been received from the Higli Commissioner:— London, December 31, 1.30 a.m. Yesterday sixteen of our aeroplanes bombed the Comines station, hitting the railway lines and sheds. Ten of our aeroplanes heavily attacked the aerodrome, doing considerably damage. In both eases all the mschines returned safely.
