TURKISH REGULATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ' Wellington, Yesterday. The Governor has received the following cable from the Secretary of State for the Colonies: "The Government of Turkey has issued regulations that prisoners of war in Turkey can only, write each week one letter of four lines, and that letters from abroad to them must consist of four lines. They are therefore being informed that similar regulations will alternate in ease of Ottoman prisoners of war in the British Empire. (signed) Bonar Law."
