A delayed report from Odessa states / that fourteen Bulgar officers and fortyseven privates were shot for refusing . to fight, and many high political personages in Bulgaria have been arrested fit agitating against the German alliance. The Turkish troops in Bulgaria are about to be withdrawn by Turkey, owing to the unfriendly attitude of the Bulgar populace. BULGARS WEAKENING.
