A delayed report from Odessa states / that fourteen Bulgar officers and fortyseven privates were shot for refusing . to fight, and many high political personages in Bulgaria have been arrested fit agitating against the German alliance. The Turkish troops in Bulgaria are about to be withdrawn by Turkey, owing to the unfriendly attitude of the Bulgar populace. BULGARS WEAKENING. The Daily Mail's Athens correspondent says that the pro-German element is weakening, and most of those con- , cerned would change faith to-morrow if they were convinced of our determination to safeguard the interests of our friends and turn to vital account the Entente's superiority in men, munitions and money.
