FOUR HUNDRED VICTIMS. By Cable.—Press Association —Copyright Received December 29, 6.5 p.m. Amsterdam, December 28. .'Details of the Meunster explosion show that a sergeant noticed smoke is-' suing from the floor, and ordered 750 workers to quit the factory. A violent explosion followed, and there were over four hundred victims. Many women and children, in the neighborhood, thinking that there w»8 an air raid, rushed into the street, and this curiosity led to many fatalities as the shells in .the factory continued to explode. One damaged a number. of houses, killing several people.
