CHINA.
v A REVOLUTION LOOMING. I ._. By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright Received Dec. 28, 7.5 p.m. London, Des. 27. The Daily Telegraph's correspondent at Peking, says that the internal situation is developing swiftly, though it is still wrapped in mystery. Several of the legations have received telegrams stating that Yunnan Kjangsi province has seceded, and is mustering troops under General Tsaias, a Japanesetrained officer, who attempted in 1911 to found a dynasty. The Yunnan plot is far-reaching and carefully prepared. Probably the reason is that the monarch> movement was rushed on. Chinese commercial communities in America, Singapore, and in the South Seas, are subscribing towards a revolt. Yuan-Shih-Kai's Government is acting energetically, and General Tsaokun, commanding the Third Division, which sacked Peking in 1912, is advancing by forced marches from Szechuan.
