From the Raceoourse—Gover Street to intersection of Pendarves Street, thence along Pendarves Street and Liardet Street to Devon Street. Vehicles turning to return to the Racecourse must either turn in a side street or at the intersection of Devon Street and Eg- , mont Street. Persons driving at excessive speed will be prosecuted.
