OFF VARNA. RUSSIANS AT WORK. London, Dec. 21. An Exchange Athens cablegram states that Russian warships, escorting sixteen transports, bombarded Varna. VARNA CAPTURED. GREAT RUSSIAN SUCCESS. Received Dec. 22, 11.45 p.m. London, Dec. 22. Mr, Martin Donohoe reports that the Russians have captured Varna, after & bombardment. The town is in ruins, and the garrison lost heavily. GREEKS AND BULGARS BEGIN. SENSATIONAL NEWS FROM ATHENS. Received Dee. 22, 3.5 p.m. London, Dec. 21. The Exchange Telegraph Company at Athens states that a sensation has been caused by reports of frontier fighting between Greek and Bulgarian forces, AT SALONIKA. TROOPS POURING IN. Received Dec. 22, 11.50 p.m. Athena, Dec. 22. Entente troops and munitions .ire pouring into Salonika, but it will require several months to bring what is considered necessary for an offensive.
