RUSSIANS MOVING. AGAINST BULGARIA. Received Dec. 21, 8.5 p.m. ' London, Dec. 20. The Frankfurter Zeitung's correspondent at Bucharest fully confirms the report that the Russians are moving a large number of troops from Rem to the Bukowina frontier for a campaign in Bulgaria. Other messages state that the bridge between Belgrade and Semlin has been re-built.
NO SHOTS YET. ABUSE OF AMERICAS FLAG. Received Dec. 21, 11.40 p.m. Salonika, Dec. 21. Not a shot has been fired by either side since the Allies entered Greek territory. The Bulgarians at Monastir seized a quantity of flour belonging to the American Red Cross, which was under the American flag. The Bulgarian officer said: "I know that flag; it is only fit to frighten Mexicans." The flag was torn down. BRITISH CASUALTIES. Received Dec. 21, 11.50 p.m. London, Dec. 21. Tile British casualties to December 11 in Serbia and Salonika were 32 officers and 1246 men, including 85 killed, THE GREEK ELECTION'S. Received Dee. 21, 11.40 p.m. Athens, Dec. 21. The elections appear to be a walk-over for the Gounarists. Most of the Venizelist electors abstained from voting.
