DISORDERLY SCENES. By Cable.—Press Association —Copyright Tokio, December 19. There were exciting scenes in the Diet when the Opposition moved th« impeachment of the Cabinet. Count Oku.ma was replying when an Oppositionist jumped on the rostrum and struck him. The police quelled the disorder. Count Okuma resumed his speech amid cheering. The motion was negatived by an overwhelming majority. Many 3cenes ensued in the lobbies.
