THE MAHENO.
AT AUCKLAND NEXT WEEK. TARANAKI MEN RETURNING. Siek and wounded are returning to New Zealand by the hospital ship Maheno, which is due in Auckland on New Year's Eve. Altogther there are 318 sick and wounded on board. In most eases the rank has been deleted from the list for the reason that it is known to the Defence authorities that a number of those on the vessel have risen in rank.
