Johannes von Koolbergen, in a sworn affidavit, said that he was an agent in the German plot to destroy the Canadi. an-Pacific Railway tunnels and bridges. He gave the plot away to the officials of the railroad and the Government at Vancouver. By the arranged scheme the Germans paid for the fictitious destruc. tion of the tunnels. He implicated Baron von Crioekensen. C. C. Crowley. Margaret Corbel], and Consul-General Bogg, all of the German Consulate at San Franciscq.
