FORECAST. By Telegraph,—Press Association, Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for decreasing southerly breezes, backing by east to north, aijd then increasing especially in the south. Weather warm and humid with increasing cloud and haziness for change, and barometer falling everywhere soon. The latter part of the week is likely to prove very unsettled.
