EMPIRE PICTURES. "Tl>e Radium Thieves,' the. great Vitagraph drama now being screened at the Empire Theatre, is really one of the most engrossing dramas seen here for some time. The heroine of the drama is a brave nurse and the story of her successful fight with the radium thieves is a thrilling one. Roscoe Arbuckie is seen as a simpering, if over large, seaside belle, in "Miss Fatty's Seaside Lovers.'-' a really amusing Keystone comedy. '•Tunis and Snroundings" is an excellent scenic, "Pathe's English Gazette" is unusually interesting, "Checkmate" (drama) and ''The Clubman "(comedy) make up an excellent programme.
