The Kuril arrived here from Wellington yesterday with 250 tons of general cargo. ATHENIC AT ADELAIDE. Cargo laden from Liverpool, the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Athenic arrived at Adelaide on Monday morning. After' discharging at Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney, the vessel will come to New Zealand to load. STEAMER FOR WAITARA. The C. and D. liner Star of India, whic his completing discharge of her cargo from London at Wellington tomorrow morning for AVanganui roadstead to take in, meat. The vessel will afterwards visit Waitara, Gisborne, Napier, and returns thence to Wellington. From Wellington the Star of India is to sail about the first week in January for London. MacKilligan, radio operator. MKEHA LEAVES CAPETOWN Bound from Liverpool to New Zealand ports, the liner Pakeha left Capetown on Monday last. She will visit Hobart and. Auckland before arriving at Wellington, about the middle of January, and subsequently goes on to Port Chalmers. OPAWA LOADING AT LIVERPOOL. Intimation received locally states that the F. and S. Line's chartered steamer Opawa is at present loading at Liverpool for Australian and New Zealand ports. It is proposed to despatch her .from the English port about the 24th December, and she should reach Wellington towards the end of February.
