RESTRICTION ON IMPORTS. Sydney, Dee. 10. A proclamation lias been issued placing further restrictions on the importation of enemy goods, even those imported through neutrals. It is more rigid than the law in England, and will even affect goods imported to England under licesse and exported to Australia. FORD OARS BARRED, ' Melbourne, Dec. 10. Mr. Pearce states that, in view of Mr. Ford's present peace mission he hag issued instructiens not to purchase any more Ford cars for defence purposes.
