A MUTINY AT SHANGHAI.
WARSHIPS SEIZED. By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright New York, Dec. 5. The Shanghai correspondent of the Associated Press states that heavy firing was heard in ihc direction of the arsenal, and it was reported that the revolutionists had seized the warships, which were firing on the arsenal. Other warships' shells fell in the Foreign Concession. Iteuter's correspondent states that the Shanghai mutiny has been confined to the cruiser Chaoho, which will be sunk at daylight.
