Thames, Dec, 3, At the Magistrate's Court to-day William S, Clark was charged that on August 30, 1915, at Thames, he did commit theft by receiving from the trustees of the estate of Jane Rickitt the sum of £9 9s on terms requiring him to account for the same to the Thames County Council and fraudulently omitting to account for the. same. Clark was arrested at noon and remanded on bail,- himself in £IOO and two sureties of £SO, till Thursday next.
