RIFLE SHOOTING.
NEW PLYMOUTH DEFEATS INGLEWOOD. A team of leu men from the New Plymouth Rifle Club journeyed to Inglewooil yesterday and fired a match against the local club, who were defeated by IS points. Rflm. Oliver with the line score of 97, including a possible at 500 yards, was the highest individual marksman. The visitors were hospitaoly treated by the local team, and were entertained to tea after the match. Detailed scores:—
