FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for easterly breezes northward of East Cape and Kawhia, and increasing northerliea and westerlies elsewhere. Weather mild, with increasing haze and cloudiness generally, and rain following soon on the west coast and in the southern districts of the South Island. The barometer has a falling tendency, especially in the south.
