RUSSIA'S TASK.
"TO THE LAST DROP." CZAR'S VISIT TO HIS TROOPS. Received Nov. 30, 5,5 p.m. London, Nov. 29. The Daily Telegraph's correspondent at Reni describes the Czar's and Czarevitch's visit. The Emperor reviewed numerous troops, and the greatest enthusiasm was shown. The town was beflagged. He conversed familiarly with the soldiers, who said they would fight to the last drop of blood.
