The situation is regarded as grave. Athens, Nov. 28. Although there have been long discussions on the Note at successive Ministerial councils and repeated conferences with the headquarters staff, M. Skouloudis has not reached a decision. The Government journals point out certain proposals which are difficult to accept. A MINISTER'S STATEMENT. London, Nov. 23. The Observer's Athens correspondent interviewed a Minister, who said that Greece would never commit the folly o[ disarming and interning the Entente forces. The Entente demands elbowroom in 'Macedonia, to which Greece will accede, as an assurance has been given that the territory occupied will 'be restored and an indemnity paid for any damage done. A GERMAN HINT. Paris, Nov. 28. Munich papers state that as the Allies are violating Greek territory Germany will not hesitate to pursue the Serbians thither. THE ALLIES' DEMANDS. Athens, Nov. 28. The Allies' three demands are for adequate railway facilities, the withdrawal of Greek troops from the vicinity of Salonika, and the policing of Greek territorial waters against Austro-Ger-man submarines.
